Thank you for choosing SoFutebol. We work daily to ensure a transparent, secure, and efficient shipping service.
1. Processing Time
After payment confirmation, the order enters the preparation phase.
The average processing time is 2 to 4 business days .
During promotional periods or periods of high demand, this timeframe may be extended slightly.
The tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times, after processing, are:
- Mainland Portugal: 7 to 15 business days
- Islands (Madeira and Azores): up to 20 working days
- Spain: 8 to 15 business days
- Eurozone: 10 to 18 business days
- Rest of Europe: up to 20 working days
- Rest of the World: 12 to 25 business days
During peak logistics periods, delivery times may be subject to change.
3. Delivery within 48 hours
Some select products are available for priority shipping.
The 48-hour timeframe begins on the business day following payment confirmation and applies exclusively to items identified in the “48-Hour Delivery” category.
This timeframe refers to the shipping date, not the total delivery time.
4. Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before checkout.
Base table:
- Portugal and Islands: €5.95
- Spain and Balearic Islands: €6.95
- Eurozone: €7.95
- Rest of the World: €14.95
Free shipping on orders over:
- 90€ (Portugal and Islands)
- 120€ (Europe)
- 150€ (Rest of the World)
We do not offer cash on delivery shipments.
5. International Shipping
Orders are shipped from our logistics center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Depending on the destination country, customs procedures may apply in accordance with local legislation.
Any applicable customs duties or charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders shipped from our logistics centers outside the EU may be subject to taxes, VAT, or customs duties in the destination country.
Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
6. Order Tracking
After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.
The tracking can be done via the link provided.
7. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we strictly adhere to the indicated deadlines, external factors such as:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Logistics strikes
- Festive periods
These can cause delays beyond our control.
9. Lost or Damaged Orders
If the order is considered lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
SoFutebol will analyze each case and offer an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.
