At SOFUTEBOL, we want to ensure a clear, transparent shopping experience in compliance with the legislation applicable to e-commerce in the European Union.
When making a purchase on our website, the customer benefits from the legal right of free resolution within 14 days of receiving the order.
1. Right of free resolution (14 days)
The customer can request the return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the article, without the need to indicate the reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact:

- order number
- Article(s) to be returned
- buyer's full name
After contact, instructions for returning will be provided.
2. Conditions for acceptance of the return
In order for the refund to be approved, the item must:
- show no signs of use
- be in perfect condition
- Contain all original labels
- be returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the item does not comply with these conditions.
3. Personalized items
In accordance with applicable law, personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
4. Return costs
The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Administrative processing fee
In case of refund for refund (not applicable to exchanges), a fixed administrative fee of €5.99, corresponding to logistical and processing costs, may be applied.
This fee does not apply in cases of:
- wastrel
- Proven shipment error
- exchange for size
6. Reimbursement Deadline
After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
Depending on the banking entity, the amount may take a few business days to reflect on the customer's account.
7. Articles with defect or shipping error
If you receive a defective item or different from the ordered item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
In these cases, Sofutebol will assume the costs associated with solving the problem.
