At SoFutebol, we want to guarantee a clear, transparent shopping experience that complies with the legislation applicable to e-commerce in the European Union.
When making a purchase on our website, the customer benefits from the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The customer can request a return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, without needing to state a reason.

- Item(s) to be returned

After you make contact, you will be given instructions for returning the item.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
For the refund to be approved, the item must:
- Show no signs of use.
- To be in perfect condition
- Contain all original tags.
- To be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these conditions.
3. Customized Items
According to applicable law, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
4. Return Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
5. Administrative Processing Fee
In the case of returns for a refund (not applicable to exchanges), a fixed administrative fee of €5.99 may be applied, corresponding to logistics and processing costs.
This fee does not apply in the following cases:
- Defective item
- Confirmed error in the shipment.
- Exchange for size
6. Refund Period
After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on the bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in the customer's account.
7. Defective Items or Shipping Errors
If you receive a defective item or one that differs from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
In these cases, SoFutebol will assume the costs associated with resolving the problem.
